When registering an account on Spoteli, you agree to:

3. Content Curation and User Submissions

Users holding the role of Author or Admin may submit culinary recipes, images, instructions, and list components (collectively, "User Content").

You retain ownership of any User Content you post to Spoteli. However, by posting content, you grant Spoteli a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to store, format, display, distribute, and display your content to other users on the platform.

4. Prohibited Conduct and Platform Safety

In using our Services, you agree not to:

• Submit recipes, images, or instructions that copy intellectual property without authorization.
• Provide harmful, false, or dangerous cooking instructions that could cause safety issues.
• Harass, abuse, or spam other community members or platform authors.
• Attempt to bypass security measures, scrape user databases, or manipulate platform API structures.

5. Moderation and Termination

We reserve the right, but hold no obligation, to pre-screen, monitor, edit, or remove User Content at our sole discretion. Content submitted by authors may remain under review until approved by platform administrators to ensure high-quality standards.

The recipes and services provided on Spoteli are for informational and culinary purposes only. Cooking involves risks (allergens, heat, sharp tools). We make no warranties regarding nutritional accuracy, safety, or success of any recipe prepared. Use of materials is at your own risk.
