Cheesy Chicken Parmesan
1. Overview
This chicken Parmesan is tender and covered with tomato sauce and melted cheese. The chicken cooks slowly so it stays juicy while the flavors develop. Mozzarella and Parmesan give the top a rich cheesy finish. Serve it with pasta or a simple salad for a comforting meal that is easy to put together.
