Creamy Buffalo Chicken Pasta
1 Overview
This Buffalo chicken pasta is creamy with a little heat from the Buffalo sauce. The chicken becomes tender as it cooks and then gets mixed with pasta and melted cheese. It makes a filling meal with a familiar flavor. Add extra Buffalo sauce at the table if you like more heat.

Boneless chicken breasts1.5 lb

Buffalo sauce1 cup

Chicken broth1 cup

Cream cheese6 oz

Cheddar cheese1 cup, shredded

Penne pasta12 oz

Garlic powder1 tsp

Onion powder1 tsp

Salt1/2 tsp

Black pepper1/4 tsp

Green onions2 tbsp, sliced
3 Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Pour the Buffalo sauce and chicken broth over the chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours.
Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.
Stir the cream cheese into the hot cooking liquid until smooth.
Cook the pasta separately according to the package directions. Drain well.
Add the pasta, chicken and cheddar cheese to the crockpot.
Stir gently until everything is covered with the sauce.
Cover for 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
Add green onions and serve.
