Ranch Chicken with Potatoes

Ranch chicken with potatoes is an easy combination that cooks together in one pot. The chicken stays tender while the potatoes become soft and flavorful. Ranch seasoning adds a familiar savory taste without needing many extra ingredients. Serve it as it is or add a simple green salad on the side.

Paprika1 tsp

Black pepper1/2 tsp

Dried parsley1 tsp

Fresh parsley2 tbsp
3 Instructions
Wash the potatoes and cut larger ones in half.
Place the potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
Season the chicken with paprika and black pepper.
Place the chicken over the potatoes.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning, dried parsley and garlic over everything.
Pour in the chicken broth and drizzle with olive oil.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours.
Check that the chicken is fully cooked and the potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
