1. Overview

This quick skillet dinner combines thin slices of tender beef with crisp-tender broccoli in a savory garlic sauce. The sauce has a little sweetness and plenty of garlic without being too heavy. Serve it over warm rice for an easy weeknight meal.

Why You'll Love It

  • ✓ Tender Beef: Thinly sliced beef cooks quickly over high heat and develops nicely browned edges.
  • ✓ Crisp-Tender Broccoli: The broccoli stays bright and slightly firm instead of becoming overly soft.
  • ✓ Quick Garlic Sauce: Soy sauce, garlic, ginger and a touch of brown sugar come together in just a few minutes.

Step 6

Cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring gently, until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and broccoli.

Step 7

Remove from the heat and let the beef and broccoli sit for 1 minute so the sauce settles.
