These blueberry yogurt pops are a cool and creamy snack made with Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, honey and a little chia seed. They are simple to prepare and make a refreshing option for warm days. Prepare them ahead, keep them in the freezer and enjoy one whenever you want a homemade frozen snack.

  • Plain Greek yogurt
    2 cups
  • Blueberries
    1 cup
  • Honey
    2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Chia seeds
    1 tablespoon

3 Instructions

Wash the blueberries and pat them dry.

Add the Greek yogurt, honey and vanilla extract to a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Add half of the blueberries and pulse a few times, leaving some small pieces.

Stir in the remaining blueberries and chia seeds.

Divide the mixture evenly between 6 popsicle molds.

Insert the sticks and place the molds in the freezer.

Freeze for about 4 hours, or until completely firm.

Run the outside of each mold under warm water for a few seconds to release the pop.

Serve immediately and keep the remaining pops frozen.
