2 Ingredients

SERVES 2
  • Rolled oats
    50 g
  • Chocolate protein powder
    25 g
  • Greek yogurt
    100 g
  • Almond butter
    18 g
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
    8 g
  • Milk
    120 ml
  • Banana
    1/2 medium
  • Chopped almonds
    10 g

3 Instructions

1

Place the rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, and cocoa powder into a jar or bowl. Mix them together first so the dry ingredients are evenly combined.

2

Pour in the milk and add the Greek yogurt. Stir slowly until the mixture becomes smooth and there are no visible dry pockets.

3

Mash the banana and fold it into the mixture. Add the almond butter and stir until partially incorporated, leaving a few visible swirls.

4

Cover the container tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, so the oats absorb the liquid.

5

Before serving, stir once and top with chopped almonds. Add a small splash of milk if the oats are thicker than you prefer.

5 Tips

Chef Tip 1

A ripe banana gives the best flavor and makes the mixture naturally sweeter and creamier.

Chef Tip 2

For a stronger chocolate taste, use dark cocoa powder and add a few cacao nibs on top.
