2. Ingredients
- 50 g Rolled oats
- 25 g Chocolate protein powder
- 20 g Peanut butter
- 8 g Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 medium Banana
- 150 ml Milk
- 8 g Chia seeds

5 StepsPlace half a ripe banana directly into a small saucepan and mash with a fork to form a natural sweetener base for the warm oats.
Add the rolled oats, milk, and unsweetened cocoa powder to the saucepan. Whisk together over medium heat until cocoa blends into the liquid.
Cook over medium-low heat for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring continuously to prevent sticking, until the oatmeal becomes thick and bubbling gently.
Remove from heat. Allow to cool for 60 seconds, then vigorously fold in the chocolate protein powder until glossy and completely smooth.
Pour into a bowl. Drop warm peanut butter on top and use the tip of a butter knife to swirl it through the surface. Garnish with chia seeds.
